Admissions
How to apply
We have a simple, streamlined application process designed to make it as easy as possible for you to join our academic community. The steps are as follows:
Choose Your Program: We offer a variety of programs to suit different callings and academic interests (see the course catalogue page for more information). Each program is designed to equip you with the theological knowledge, pastoral skills, and spiritual formation needed for ministry and service.
Submit Your Application: Start your application by creating an account on our online application portal. You will need to provide the following materials:
- Completed Application Form
- Statement of Purpose: A 500-700 word essay explaining your spiritual journey, reasons for pursuing theological education, and vocational goals.
- Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Academic Transcripts: Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you have attended.
- Letters of Recommendation: Two or three letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your character, academic abilities, and potential for ministry.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee (see the “Tuition & Financial Aid” section for details).
Interview (if required): Some programs may require an interview with an admissions counselor or faculty member. This allows us to learn more about you and your goals for theological education.
Wait for Admission Decision: After your application is submitted, our Admissions Committee will carefully review your materials. You will be notified of our decision within 3-5 weeks.
